Dwellers are a 'race' of nature spirits given form. They are naturally agile, wise and possessing forceful personalities but are not exceptionally intelligent. All Dwellers seem to be closer to fauna than flora in appearance having rather deer-like aspects. While no one knows how they come into being it is speculated that the resting places of individuals particularly attuned to the elemental forces can eventually spawn a Dweller.


the few reported sightings of the Dwellers seems to support this theory as each Dweller resembles the individual said to rest at each site, as well as exhibiting a tie to the element most prominent in the area.

+2 Dexterity, +2 Wisdom, +2 Charisma –2 Intelligence: Dwellers are nimble, possessing great wisdom and forceful personalities. They however lack the intellect of more civilized creatures.

Fey: Dwellers are fey.

Medium: Dwellers are Medium creatures and have no bonuses or penalties due to their size.

Fast Speed: Dwellers have a base speed of 40 feet.

Low-Light Vision: Dwellers can see twice as far as humans in conditions of dim light.

Born to the Land: Dwellers are naturally in tune with the land they were born to, gaining a +2 dodge bonus to AC when in a specific terrain type selected from the ranger’s list of favored terrains. This choice is made at character creation, and cannot be changed.

Stability: While standing on the ground Dwellers gain a +4 racial bonus to their CMD when resisting bull rush or trip attempts.

Natural Magic: Dwellers gain the Basic Magical Training Feat as a bonus Feat but must select the Nature Sphere.

Dweller Aptitude: Dwellers are naturally stealthy and observant. As such Dwellers always treat Perception, and Stealth as class skills.

Claws: Dwellers have thick sharp claws on each hand granting them two primary natural attacks dealing 1d4 damage.

Languages: Dwellers begin play speaking Common and Sylvan. Dwellers with high Intelligence scores can choose from any of the following languages: Elven, Treant, Grippli, Terran, Ignan, Aquan, and Auran.
